You will see that several of my pieces have a spiritual component. Being part Native American, I became intrigued and inspired by “Spirit or Prayer Sticks.” These religious implements vary in its rituals among various Indian tribes. In addition, feathers attached to the Spirit/Prayer stick symbolize the departure of the evil entities.

Growing and shedding each year, they remind you to embrace personal growth and overcome obstacles. Antlers embody God’s grace and support, reminding you to rely on His strength. Shedding and regrowth symbolize starting fresh, letting go of past mistakes and trusting in God’s provision.

The plates offer me a great creative outlet. Moreover, they allow me the freedom to explore vivid, vibrant colors in my design and the ability to use 3D elements to enhance the plates. As an illustration, plates prepped for wall mounting, you can create an artful display of several plates or just set on a stand.
